Shock/penetration-resistant injection-molded thermoplastic outer shell with one-piece helmet/chin-bar design for strength plus large window for unobstructed peripheral vision. Contoured, foam-padded expanded polystyrene inner shell helps reduce impacts, improves comfort and minimizes high-speed wobble. Soft perforated gray nylon lining. Chin bar has molded-in upper wind deflector/mouth guard and is fully padded and lined with black vinyl. Padded neck roll has comfortable black vinyl lower panel. Extra padding in cheek area. Painted Finish. Outer shell is sanded smooth, then painted with high-gloss paint. Tough clear polyurethane top coat prevents scratches and ensures easy soap and water cleanups. Choose from 3 solid colors or a black or white helmet with multicolored graphics. Visor. Plastic visor bolts onto helmet. 5 air scoops minimize lift. Black and red helmets include black visor, white helmet has white. Face Shield. Clear, optical-quality molded polycarbonate shield has left-side finger tab for effortless positioning. Multi-position ratchet mechanism is concealed by either the sides of the visor or by the included side pods (when visor is not used). Side pods are black for black and red helmets, white for white helmet. Black nylon chin strap includes side panels to reduce irritation and chromed "D" rings. Black base trim.
