Comfort-contoured breathable foam padding (bonded to the inner shell) is lined with plush brushed perforated black microfiber nylon and features sewn-in sizing darts throughout to ensure a super fit and hours of relaxed riding. Outer shell is triple sanded smooth before the premium paint is applied (for the metallics, only super-fine flakes are used to achieve the depth and brilliance). Tough high-gloss clear polyurethane coating protects the painted finish/graphics against scuffs and scratches and permits easy soap and water cleanups. Prix logo is applied over the clear-coat finish and can be removed if desired. Cushioned black nylon chin straps are double stitched to the steel double "D" ring retention system for strength.
