This
car has been stored inside for the last 15 years. We
drive it as a commuter car in the summer which it gets
45 miles to the gallon. (for those of you who are skeptics,
'got an email from some one who was skeptical', about the gas
mileage, we put 5 gallons in the car for every 225 miles
that the car goes, so that adds up to 45 miles to
the gallon, we do keep track of gas mileage and it gets
this every time) This car does need TLC but it is a
great little car. Would love to see it go to some
one who will restore it. We just have too many projects
and some things have to go or nothing will ever get accomplished
with them. There is a 1977 parts car that can go
with this one that isn't in very good shape but some things
are good on it and can be interchanged. The body has
some rust, and as you can see in the picture the hood
had some bondo or something on it which fell off before I
got it. It needs reverse gear replaced but that is about
it for mechanical problems. It needs a new top, the windows
in the top it has are all cracked. I do have
a couple covers for it like in one of the pictures.
The interior is "ok" but needs some tlc. We
have 5 other projects we are working on and this car is
just sitting in the shed collecting dust. Not sure
I put it under the correct category but it was the only
one where I saw the name "Midget" written.
